To every player, family, and coach who has been part of this program — thank you. You trusted us with something that matters, and we did not take that lightly. This community deserved a season that finished cleanly. It did.

The season finished. Every family played every game. Our staff worked through significant disruption — funding operations out of pocket when club accounts were closed mid-season — to make sure no player was left without a team. Coaches were paid. No family lost what they signed up for. We are proud of that and we would do it again.

During this period, communications went out to families — and in some cases to people with no connection to this club — from sources outside this program. Those messages made claims about registrations, finances, and conduct within this club. None of those claims were accurate. They were not authorized by this program, and they were not sent to help you — they were sent to cause confusion. You have done nothing wrong. Your registration was always valid. Your children's participation was never in question.

We want to be direct: no one was ever misled by this program. No money was taken or mishandled. The season finished. Every transaction is documented. Every payment is accounted for. We stand fully behind this program's record.

We are not going to engage in a back-and-forth over what was said or by whom. That is not who we are and it is not what this community needs. What this community needs is a place to keep playing — and that is what we are building.
